Close to Kalkan town centre and the beach, our villa accommodates up to 7 guests, making it suitable for large families and groups of friends. It is a partially secluded property where you can create unforgettable memories with your loved ones accompanied by Kalkan's unique sea and nature views. Everything you need is available at Villa Kisla, leaving you only to enjoy your holiday.

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, air conditioning, a coffee table, internet access, and a dining table.

Kitchen:
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, oven, 4-ring hob, cutlery set, pots and pans set, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Kışla accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms. Please note the bathroom layout below.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a private jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, and a wardrobe. (This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3).
• Bedroom 3: A bedroom featuring two single beds and one double bed, with air conditioning, nightstands, and a wardrobe. (This bedroom shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2).

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate, common bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A private partially secluded swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a seating area, a dining table, a barbecue, a swing, and a table tennis table.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is partially secluded. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a common bathroom.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Kisla is located in the Kisla area of Kalkan, offering unique sea views and is close to the town centre and the beach.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
