Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, a dining table, dining sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans sets, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Ali Baba accommodates guests in 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds, nightstands, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Spa & Wellness:

• Sauna: Available for guest use.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Pool: A private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.45 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate children's pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 1.5 m, Depth: 0.9 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a dining table, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Ali Baba is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
