Living Area:
The air-conditioned living area offers breathtaking sea views and is furnished with a modern and comfortable seating group, satellite TV, and access to the pool terrace. Please note the villa is equipped with a generator for any power interruptions.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils for 6.

Bedrooms:
Villa White Smith accommodates guests in 3 comfortable and stylish bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, fresh linen and towels, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a TV, a private jacuzzi, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a terrace.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a balcony.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a balcony.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Entertainment, Wellness & Games:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 9 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.4 m). Pool heating is available for an additional daily charge.
• Sauna & Hammam: A private sauna and Turkish hammam for ultimate relaxation.
• Games Area: A dedicated games area featuring table tennis, foosball, and air hockey.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large, beautiful, and sheltered private swimming pool, designed for complete privacy (Length: 11.5 m, Width: 3.7 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate, dedicated children's pool (Length: 2 m, Width: 1.5 m, Depth: 0.5 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Pool & Villa Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £50.
• Underfloor heating is available for the villa for an additional daily charge of £60.
• Please note that for hygiene reasons, the heated indoor pool operates at a maximum temperature of 28°C.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for families with children, thanks to the dedicated children's pool and games area.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views, and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
