Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the sheltered pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Berat accommodates guests in 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms share a family bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a balcony.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and air conditioning.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one main family bathroom, which is shared by both bedrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely, completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for privacy (Length: 6 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for families or small groups seeking privacy. The two bedrooms share one family bathroom.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
