Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa La Mer Comfort accommodates guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a balcony.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.3 m).
• Sauna & Hammam: A private sauna and Turkish hammam for the ultimate relaxation experience.
• Underfloor Heating: The villa benefits from underfloor heating for added comfort during cooler months.

Pool & Villa Heating:

• Building underfloor heating and indoor pool heating are included in the price during the winter period (1st November – 30th April).
• During the summer period, the indoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional daily charge of £30. If requested, the heating must remain on for the entire stay.

Private IGLOO (Winter Garden):

• A unique, private IGLOO is located just 45 meters from the villa, offering a cozy retreat with a fireplace and beautiful Kalkan views.
• Availability: Exclusively for La Mer Comfort guests only between 1st November and 1st May.
• Facilities: Contains 3 single armchairs/rocking chairs and a fireplace. It is a relaxing lounge area and not suitable for dining.
• Firewood can be provided for an additional charge.

Outdoor Shared Facilities:

• The common area outside the building features a single-hoop basketball court and a children's playground.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

It is conveniently located just a 6-minute drive from Kalkan town centre, offering a tranquil setting with easy access to local amenities.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
