Living Area:
The modern and luxuriously designed living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a DVD player and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Kayacan accommodates guests in 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a balcony and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have private jacuzzis, and the master bedroom also has a private indoor pool.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a private jacuzzi, a private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 0.8 m), and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a private jacuzzi, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A magnificent, large outdoor swimming pool (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m). The pool terrace is sheltered for privacy.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features sun loungers, a seating area, a children's swing and a barbecue, all with stunning sea views.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Indoor Pool:

• A unique and luxurious private heated indoor swimming pool is located within the master bedroom (Length: 4 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 0.8 m).

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Please note that for hygiene reasons, the heated indoor pool operates at a maximum temperature of 28°C.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for couples or a small family seeking luxury and privacy, with the incredible benefit of jacuzzis in both bedrooms and a private indoor pool in the master suite.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
