Living Area:
The spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a foosball table, a TV, satellite TV and a dining table. Access to a balcony is available.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Panorama Pics accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: A single bedroom with a single bed.
• Bedroom 4: A single bedroom with a single bed.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A lovely large swimming pool (Length: 9.5 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate, dedicated children's pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 0.3 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with a seating group, a garden table, sun loungers and a barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for families with children, thanks to the dedicated children's pool and foosball table.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
