Living Area:
Located on the pool level, the comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes ironing facilities and a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 4.

Bedrooms:
Villa Therapy 620 accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a TV and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC on the pool level.

Indoor Pool:

• A fantastic private indoor swimming pool with a hydro-massage system, perfect for year-round swimming. The pool can be heated upon request.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool, made private by a curtain screening system (Length: 11 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m). The pool can be heated upon request.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features a table tennis table and is furnished for relaxation.
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Accessibility & Parking:
The villa is located right by the main road for easy access. From the parking area to the villa entrance, there are approximately 30 steps. An access ramp is available for guests with disabilities or mobility concerns.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
