The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes a dining table.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Tilya accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe and a vanity table.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring bedside tables, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a private jacuzzi, a private sauna, a private Turkish hammam and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with bedside tables, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool (Length: 11 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a seating group, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: While measures have been taken to ensure privacy for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• Please also note that this villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Surrounded by nature, it offers a tranquil setting while remaining conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches, just a 5-minute drive away.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
