Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the magnificent pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Sıla Nur accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the first floor.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi, a private indoor swimming pool (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.6 m) and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Wellness:

• Sauna: A private sauna for ultimate relaxation.
• Turkish Hammam: A private Turkish hammam for an authentic bathing experience.
• Indoor Pool: In addition to the master suite's private pool, there is a separate private indoor swimming pool (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.6 m) which can be heated.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A magnificent, large outdoor infinity pool (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate, dedicated children's pool (Length: 2 m, Width: 1 m, Depth: 0.5 m).
• Pool Terrace & Garden: The spacious garden features a foosball table, a children's swing, a playground area, sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Pool Heating:

• The separate indoor pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge of £150.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Surrounded by nature, it offers a tranquil and exclusive setting while remaining conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches, just a 10-minute drive away.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
