Living Area:
The spacious and modern living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a comfortable seating group, a Smart TV, a DVD player, a music system, and a bio ethanol fireplace.

Kitchen:
A fully-equipped, modern kitchen with Belanco worktops. It includes an electric oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. The dining table seats 4 guests.

Bedrooms:
Villa La Mer Deluxe accommodates guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A beautiful double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, and a private ensuite bathroom. This room offers access to the pool area. It is designed with honeymooners in mind.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a TV, air conditioning, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Pool, Wellness & Fitness Area:
This incredible, fully integrated space is the heart of the villa and can be completely enclosed with glass, creating a private winter garden.

• Heated Indoor Pool: A stunning private heated indoor swimming pool featuring powerful turbo massage jets (Length: 7.5 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.3 m). A covered sun lounger area is available by the pool.
• Spa Area: Includes a private 4-person Turkish hammam and a sauna, plus a shower and WC.
• Fitness Room: A fully equipped private gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, weights and other fitness equipment.
• Access: Direct access to an open terrace and sunbathing area from the spa.

Outdoor Area:

• Terrace: An open terrace and sunbathing area accessible from the spa.
• Children's Playground: A shared children's playground is available in the common area outside the building.

Pool Heating & Underfloor Heating:

• The villa benefits from underfloor heating throughout, ensuring perfect comfort during winter stays.
• Pool heating for the indoor pool is included in the price during the winter period (1st November – 31st December and 1st January – 30th April).
• During the summer period, the pool heating is switched off.
• A generator is available in case of power interruptions.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa offers an unparalleled wellness experience and is ideally suited for couples, families or small groups. It is located adjacent to Villa La Mer Azur (sleeps 8), and together they can accommodate groups of up to 12 guests.
• The villa is equipped with a generator.
• Please also note that this villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. It is conveniently located just a 6-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and 15 minutes from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
