Living Area:
Located on the pool level, the comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes ironing facilities and access to a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 4.

Bedrooms:
Villa Felix Kalkan accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC on the pool level.

Indoor Entertainment & Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 2.2 m, Depth: 0.85 m).
• Sauna: A private sauna for ultimate relaxation.
• Games Area: A table tennis table is located on the lower floor of the villa.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for total privacy (Length: 10 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m and 1.55 m). The pool terrace features a stylish stone-built barbecue, sun loungers, parasols and a garden seating group.
• Garden: At the rear of the villa, there is a small garden with a children's swing.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Please note that for hygiene reasons, the heated indoor pool operates at a maximum temperature of 28°C.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Parking & Access:
The villa has a private garage for parking. Access to the villa from the garage involves climbing approximately 35 steps.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Access to the villa involves approximately 35 steps from the garage.
• Please also note that this villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
