The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the sheltered pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Samyeli accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom. This room offers direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2 (Family): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and air conditioning. This room shares a family bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. This room shares the family bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a separate family bathroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely, completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for privacy (Length: 8 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: While measures have been taken to ensure privacy for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• Please also note that this villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
