Villa Kaklik is our 2-bedroom, 4-person villa located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, offering sea views, a unique sunset view, and a private jacuzzi. With its sheltered pool, it is ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples. It has been designed with the comfort and ease of our valued guests in mind for a unique holiday.

Details

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, a coffee table, air conditioning and internet access. Direct access to the pool terrace is available.

Kitchen:
The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in 4-ring hob, microwave, toaster, tea maker, oven, a dining table, pots and pans set, cutlery set, and water and tea glass sets.

Bedrooms:
Villa Kaklık accommodates guests in 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi and a baby cot.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, air conditioning, a dressing table, nightstands, a wardrobe, a baby cot and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, a dressing table, nightstands, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 10 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a swing, a table tennis table, a mini slide, a barbecue, garden furniture and a dining table.
• Garden Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is delivered clean to you. Please note: Cleaning is done once a week. Extra cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. can be done by the staff overseeing the villa for an additional fee upon request.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Kaklik is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
