Villa Picasso is one of our villa options with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, located in the Kordere area of Kalkan. Our villa creates a magnificent view for you with its unique sea view and sunrise. Villa Picasso offers our valued guests the opportunity to leave behind the year's fatigue with the jacuzzi located in the master bedroom. Our villa is in a very central location. Therefore, you can reach restaurants and the sea by car in a very short time.

Please note: The homeowner resides on the 1st floor of the villa. The villa is partially secluded.

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, a dining table, dining sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans sets, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Picasso accommodates guests in 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a private jacuzzi, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have private en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional guest bathroom, likely on the living room level.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 10.5 m, Width: 4.2 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Garden: The garden features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is delivered clean to you. Please note: Cleaning is done once a week. Extra cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. can be done by the staff overseeing the villa for an additional fee upon request.
• Please note: The homeowner resides on the 1st floor of the same building. The villa is partially secluded. It is in a central location, a short drive from restaurants and the sea.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Picasso is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
