Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen with a dining table for six. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. Access to the pool area is available from the kitchen.

Bedrooms:
Villa Sirena accommodates guests in 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a hairdryer.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a TV, a private jacuzzi, a private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.2 m) and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Wellness:

• Sauna: A private sauna for ultimate relaxation.
• Indoor Pool: A unique and luxurious private heated indoor pool located within the master bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for total privacy (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.6 m). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening.
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Please note that for hygiene reasons, the heated indoor pool operates at a maximum temperature of 28°C.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is located in a natural setting. While the property is regularly treated, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as insects, flies or butterflies) as is common in this beautiful region.
• Please also note that this villa is suitable for children and babies, but is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

It is also located near Villa Yagmur and Villa Betül, making it an ideal choice for groups wishing to book multiple nearby villas.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
