The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a dining table, a fireplace and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, cutlery and more.

Bedrooms:
Villa Lara accommodates guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have double beds.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a dressing table, a wardrobe, nightstands, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace & Garden: The garden features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a swing, a dining table and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Villa Lara is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
