Living Area:
The modern and stylishly furnished living area features a comfortable seating group and a TV.

Kitchen:
The suite features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen with quartz stone worktops. It includes essential appliances such as an electric oven, microwave, toaster, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining table.

Bedrooms:
Suit La Mer accommodates guests in 2 beautifully designed bedrooms with attractive lambswood paneled ceilings.

• Bedroom 1: A stunning double bedroom featuring a TV, a hairdryer, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The washing machine is located in this bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds. The ensuite bathroom features a jacuzzi with a view over Kalkan and a rain shower.

Bathrooms:
The suite has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Pool & Heating:

• Private Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool with powerful turbo massage jets (Length: 4 m, Width: 2 m, Depth: 0.9 m). This is the only pool; there is no outdoor pool.
• Underfloor Heating: The suite benefits from underfloor heating.
• Included Heating: Building underfloor heating and indoor pool heating are included in the price during the winter period (1st November – 31st December and 1st January – 30th April).
• Summer Heating: During the summer period, the indoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional daily charge of £25. If requested, the heating must remain on for the entire stay.
• The suite is available for rent 12 months of the year.

Outdoor Area:
A shared children's playground is available in the common area outside the building. There is no private garden or outdoor pool.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• Please note: This property is a suite (apartment). It does not have a private outdoor garden or an outdoor swimming pool. It features a private indoor pool.

Suit La Mer is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. It is conveniently located just a 6-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and 15 minutes from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
