The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen with a dining set for 4. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Kaya Royal accommodates guests in 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a private jacuzzi and a private bathroom with a washbasin. Both bedrooms also have a balcony.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a barbecue, a table tennis table and a children's swing.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Villa Kaya Royal is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches (approximately 5 km), and is also well-placed for exploring the wider regions of Fethiye and Kaş.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
