Living Area:
The sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Zeugma accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a private bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 2 enjoy stunning sea views.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and impressive outdoor swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the sun (Length: 12 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 4.3 m, Width: 3.4 m, Depth: 1.1 m), allowing for year-round swimming.
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Access to the villa involves a steep incline for the last approximately 500 meters.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
