Villa Sila Duo features a jacuzzi, magnificent sea views, and a sheltered pool area. Furnished with colourful and beautiful items considering your comfort, the fully equipped American-style kitchen is ready for your use at any time. The surroundings of our villa, which has a large swimming pool, are designed to be not visible from the outside. Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, a coffee table, air conditioning, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board.

Kitchen:
The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, toaster, kettle, a dining set, cutlery set, pots, pans, and glasses.

Bedrooms:
Villa Sıla Duo accommodates guests in 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi. Both bedrooms have double beds.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, a TV, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Pool: A large private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m). The pool features an integrated shallow section (3 m x 3 m) and an integrated jacuzzi section (2.5 m x 2.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with a gazebo, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a dining table with chairs for 4 people.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Sila Duo is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
