Living Area:
Located on the pool level, the comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes ironing facilities and a guest WC.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 4.

Bedrooms:
Villa Livya accommodates guests in 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is also an additional guest WC on the pool level.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool featuring an integrated jacuzzi area (Length: 9 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden Terrace & Cinema: The garden terrace is equipped with a projection and sound system, perfect for enjoying movie nights outdoors on warm summer evenings.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished for relaxation and dining.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
