Living Area:
The magnificent living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a dining table, a bookcase, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the sheltered pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen with a dining set for 6. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Zaza accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and a private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Entertainment & Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private indoor swimming pool, perfect for year-round fun (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 0.9 m).
• Games Area: A dedicated games area featuring a pool table (billiards) and foosball.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for total privacy (Length: 9 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m). The pool also features a separate shallow section (approx. 2.5m x 2.5m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a seating group and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Access to the villa involves a short, approximately 15-meter inclined road.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
