The sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen with a dining set for 6. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a water dispenser and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Bills accommodates guests in 3 comfortable and stylish ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and a private bathroom with a washbasin.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A large and beautiful private swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the sun while admiring the magnificent sea and island views (Length: 12 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Pool Heating:

• Pool heating is available optionally for the main pool at a weekly rate of £200.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for families or groups of friends seeking luxury and privacy, with the added benefit of jacuzzis in two bedrooms.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
