Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Grand accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi, a balcony and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a private ensuite bathroom, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have their own private ensuite bathrooms as well.

Indoor Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private indoor swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m). Please note that this indoor pool does not have a heating system.
• Sauna & Hammam: A private sauna and Turkish hammam for ultimate relaxation.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A lovely sheltered outdoor swimming pool (Length: 10 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is an ideal choice for families and mixed groups. All-male groups are not permitted to book this property.
• Please also note that the indoor pool does not have a heating system.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches, just a 10-minute drive away.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
