The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a dining table and chairs. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Sine accommodates guests in 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms share one family bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom featuring bedside tables, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity mirror, and a private indoor swimming pool (Length: 3 m, Width: 1.45 m, Depth: 1 m).
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a vanity mirror.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one main family bathroom, which is shared by both bedrooms.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A lovely, partially sheltered outdoor swimming pool, designed to provide privacy while still enjoying the stunning sea views (Length: 6.5 m, Width: 3.1 m, Depth: 1.48 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features a sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a seating area, a dining table and chairs, and a children's swing.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Indoor Pool:

• A unique private indoor swimming pool is located within the master bedroom (Length: 3 m, Width: 1.45 m, Depth: 1 m).

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Please note that for hygiene reasons, the heated pool operates at a maximum temperature of 28-30°C.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa offers a partially sheltered outdoor pool terrace. While measures have been taken to ensure privacy for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• This villa is ideally suited for families or small groups seeking a quiet and relaxing escape.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Surrounded by nature, it offers a tranquil setting while remaining conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
