Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a dining table, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils. Access to the pool terrace is available from the kitchen.

Bedrooms:
Villa Yusef Exclusive accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a TV, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a table and chairs and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a table and chairs, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Large Garden: The extensive garden is a highlight, featuring; children's playground, table tennis, foosball, swing, hammock, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for families with children, thanks to its fantastic garden amenities.

Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
