The modern living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Gulsum accommodates guests in 3 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A twin room with two single beds.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom featuring a private jacuzzi and a baby cot (available upon request).
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Indoor Wellness:

• Sauna: A private sauna for relaxation.
• Turkish Hammam: A private Turkish hammam for an authentic bathing experience.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.48 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace offers stunning sea views and is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a children's swing and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for families or groups seeking wellness and relaxation, with the added benefit of a private sauna and hammam. A baby cot is available in the second bedroom.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
