The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, a dining table and chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. It includes ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Odakhan accommodates guests in 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom with a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, made private by a curtain screening system (Length: 5.5 m, Width: 3.8 m, Depth: 1.45 m).
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa features a curtain screening system around the pool area to ensure privacy. While measures have been taken for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• This villa is ideally suited for couples, honeymooners or small families seeking a private and comfortable escape.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
