The modern and comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Olives accommodates guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has two modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a children's swing, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is ideally suited for couples or small families seeking a simple, peaceful and authentic escape surrounded by nature.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
