Living Area:
The modern living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers access to the indoor pool area.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Vinka accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private sauna, a private Turkish hammam and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Indoor Pool & Wellness:

• Indoor Pool: A fantastic private indoor swimming pool featuring an integrated jacuzzi (Length: 5.5 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.4 m). This is the only pool at the property; there is no outdoor pool.
• Pool Heating: The indoor pool can be heated. (Please contact us for current weekly heating charges). The maximum water temperature is 25-28°C.
• Sauna & Hammam: In addition to the pool area, the bedroom also features its own private sauna and hammam for the ultimate wellness experience.

Outdoor Area:
The terrace features a swing and a dining table for 2, perfect for enjoying the views.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa features a private indoor pool and does not have an outdoor swimming pool. The jacuzzi is integrated into the indoor pool area.
• This villa is ideally suited for couples and honeymooners seeking privacy, luxury and wellness.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Surrounded by nature, it offers a tranquil and exclusive setting while remaining conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
