The modern and comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs for 4. The kitchen is located on the same level as the pool terrace.

Bedrooms:
Villa Tufan accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, bedside tables, a vanity table, a TV, a private jacuzzi, a private sauna, a private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.2 m) and a private ensuite bathroom.

Please note: A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A lovely outdoor swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a seating group, a children's swing and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for romantic alfresco meals.

Indoor Pool & Wellness:

• A unique and luxurious private heated indoor swimming pool is located within the master bedroom (Length: 4 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.2 m).
• The bedroom also features a private sauna and jacuzzi for the ultimate wellness experience.

Pool Heating:

• The indoor pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge of £200.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: A baby cot and a high chair are available for guests travelling with an infant, making this luxury villa suitable for a small family.
• This villa is ideally suited for couples, honeymooners or a small family seeking luxury, privacy and wellness.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
