The living room is furnished with a seating group, a coffee table, tables and chairs, and a TV. It offers access to the pool level.

Kitchen:
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining set, and more. It also has access to the pool level.

Bedroom:
The villa has 1 comfortable ensuite bedroom featuring a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom: A double bedroom with nightstands, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a private jacuzzi.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 7 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a seating area, tables and chairs.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Likapa 4 is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
