The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool area.

The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Anahita accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom. The bedroom offers direct access to the pool area.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Indoor Wellness:

• Sauna: A private sauna for ultimate relaxation.
• Turkish Hammam: A private Turkish hammam for an authentic bathing experience.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool (Length: 8 m, Width: 3.9 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate, dedicated children's pool (Length: 3.7 m, Width: 2.05 m, Depth: 0.95 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is an entertainment hub, featuring:

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
