Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the sheltered pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern open-plan kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Navara accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a TV, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom. The bedroom offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely, completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for total privacy and nestled amongst olive trees (Length: 7 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m). The pool also features a shallow section.
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, a spacious garden and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for romantic alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: Access to the villa involves approximately the last 300 meters on an unpaved (stabilized/dirt) road.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
