Villa Mira Queen is one of our villas with a modern design, located in the Kordere area of Kalkan. Every detail was considered for our guests during the design phase of this villa. Features such as the jacuzzi and sheltered pool make this villa ideal for honeymoon couples. The outdoor pool of this villa, which is close to the centre, has been made sheltered to ensure it is not visible from the outside. Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, a dining table, dining sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans sets, and glasses.

Bedroom:
The villa has 1 comfortable ensuite bedroom featuring a private jacuzzi and direct access to the pool terrace.

• Bedroom: A double bedroom with air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom. Direct access to the pool terrace is available from the bedroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool, which is sheltered and not visible from the outside (Length: 7 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The sheltered terrace features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, garden furniture, a spacious garden, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Mira Queen is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
