Bedrooms:
Suit Latte accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, bedside tables, a vanity table, air conditioning, a private indoor swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.5 m), a private sauna, a private Turkish hammam and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The suite has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Indoor Pool & Wellness:

• Private Heated Indoor Pool: A fantastic private indoor swimming pool located within the bedroom (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.5 m). Please note this is an indoor pool; there is no outdoor pool.
• Pool Heating: The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £20.
• Sauna & Hammam: A private sauna and Turkish hammam for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Surrounded by nature, it offers a tranquil and exclusive setting while remaining conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
