The modern and comfortable living area is a hub of entertainment and wellness. It features a comfortable seating group, a sauna, a Turkish hammam, a foosball table, a private cinema room, air conditioning, a TV and satellite TV. Access to the indoor pool area is available from the living area.

Kitchen:
The suite features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs for 4.

Bedrooms:
Suit Retro Duo accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, bedside tables, a vanity table, air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The suite has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Indoor Pool & Wellness Area:

• Private Heated Indoor Pool: A fantastic private indoor swimming pool (Length: 6 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.1 m). This is the only pool; there is no outdoor pool.
• Separate Jacuzzi: In addition to the pool, the indoor pool area features its own separate jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.
• Pool Heating: The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Pool Terrace: The indoor pool area is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a seating group and a children's swing.

Entertainment:

• Cinema Room: A private cinema room for the ultimate movie experience.
• Foosball: A foosball table for indoor fun.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
