The sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, a coffee table, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Mulberry Collection 4 accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A lovely shared swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.6 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate, dedicated children's pool (Length: 3.5 m, Width: 1 m, Depth: 0.4 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, a garden seating group, a children's swing and an outdoor shower.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for romantic alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: The villa is equipped with a generator in case of power interruptions.
• The swimming pool and garden areas are shared with other villas in the Mulberry Collection complex.

• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
