The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern open-plan kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Tarz accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi, a private sauna and a private ensuite bathroom. The bedroom offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Indoor Pool & Wellness:

• Private Heated Indoor Pool: A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.5 m). Please note that this is an indoor pool; there is no outdoor pool.
• Pool Heating: The indoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £40.
• Pool Terrace: The indoor pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs, a garden seating group and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa features a private indoor swimming pool and does not have an outdoor pool.
• This villa is ideally suited for couples and honeymooners seeking privacy, luxury and wellness.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Surrounded by nature, it offers a tranquil and exclusive setting while remaining conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
