The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Reis accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity mirror, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely, partially sheltered private swimming pool, designed to provide privacy while still enjoying the stunning sea views (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.55 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features a sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a seating area, a dining table and chairs, and a children's swing.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for romantic alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa offers a partially sheltered pool terrace. While measures have been taken to ensure privacy for the sun terrace and pool area, complete privacy for other parts of the villa cannot be guaranteed.
• This villa is ideally suited for couples and honeymooners seeking a quiet and private escape.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
