Living Area:
The living area offers wonderful sea and nature views. It is furnished with a comfortable seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the sheltered pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 4.

Bedrooms:
Villa North Star accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely, completely sheltered private swimming pool, designed for total privacy and surrounded by nature (Length: 7 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.4 m). The pool can be heated upon request.
• Garden & Terraces: The sheltered garden and pool terrace are furnished with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for romantic alfresco meals.

Pool Heating:

• The outdoor pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Regular cleaning, including a change of linen, is provided once per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
