The modern and stylish living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, TV and air conditioning. It offers access to the rooftop terrace.

Kitchen:
The suite features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Suit Palazzo accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi in the ensuite bathroom and a private bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The suite has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom and features a private jacuzzi.

Rooftop Terrace & Pool Area:

• Private Jacuzzi Pool: A wonderful private rooftop jacuzzi pool, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the stunning sea views (Length: 4 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1 m).
• Terrace: The rooftop terrace also features a sunbathing area, a seating area, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The suite is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This suite is located on one floor of a building. Two other bedrooms in the property are closed and not in use, ensuring complete privacy for our guests.
• This suite is ideally suited for couples and honeymooners seeking a private and luxurious escape.
• The suite is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. It is conveniently located just 3.5 km from Kalkan town centre, offering a tranquil setting with easy access to local amenities.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
