Living Area:
The comfortable living area is furnished with a seating group, TV and air conditioning. It includes a bathroom and WC, and offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Nuka Loft accommodates guests in 1 luxurious bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, located in the living area.

Indoor Pool:

• A fantastic private heated indoor swimming pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 2 m, Depth: 1.2 m).
• The indoor pool features a heating system, available for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A lovely outdoor swimming pool (Length: 6.5 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.6 m). The pool and terrace area are sheltered for privacy.
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is a true entertainment hub, featuring:
  • A projection system for outdoor movies.
  • Sun loungers, parasols, a garden seating group, a dining table and chairs, a hammock, a children's swing and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for romantic alfresco meals.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: The outdoor pool terrace is sheltered for privacy, and features a unique projection system for movies.
• This villa is ideally suited for couples and honeymooners seeking a romantic and private escape with luxurious amenities.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
