Living Area (Kitchen/Living):
The villa features an open-plan American-style kitchen and living area. It is equipped with a dining set for 2, a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Ege accommodates guests in 1 beautifully appointed bedroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A stunning double bedroom featuring a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi and a private ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has one modern bathroom, which is ensuite to the bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool with magnificent sea views (Length: 8.5 m, Width: 3.5 m, Depth: 1.5 m). The pool can be heated upon request.
• Garden & Terraces: The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for romantic alfresco meals.

Pool Heating:

• Pool heating is included in the price during the following periods: 1 March – 31 May and 1 October – 31 December.
• At other times of the year, the pool can be heated for an additional daily charge of £30.
• Please request this service at the time of booking if required.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for couples and honeymooners seeking privacy.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
