Our villa boasts a sauna, double jacuzzis and a heated indoor pool. A villa awaits you where you will admire the extraordinary sea view accompanying you while spending pleasant time by the pool.

Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a modern seating group, a plasma TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning and a coffee table. It offers direct access to the poolside.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, water dispenser, 4-ring hob, a dining table, a dining set and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Colmar accommodates guests in 3 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature private jacuzzis.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a TV, nightstands, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with nightstands, a TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a private jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with two single beds, nightstands, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has three modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Spa & Wellness:

• Sauna: Available for guest use.
• Turkish Hammam: Available for guest use.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Outdoor Pool: A lovely private outdoor swimming pool (Length: 9 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate children's pool (Length: 4 m, Width: 2 m, Depth: 0.4 m).
• Pool Terrace: The poolside is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, and a dining table with chairs.

Indoor Pool:

• Private Indoor Pool: A private indoor swimming pool (Length: 5 m, Width: 2.5 m, Depth: 1.2 m). Heating for the indoor pool is available for a daily fee of £30.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

Important Notes:

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Colmar is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
