Living Area:
The air-conditioned living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, an LED TV, satellite TV, a table and chairs. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes a laundry room, a bathroom and a terrace.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern American-style kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, a tea maker, a coffee machine and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining set for 8.

Bedrooms:
Villa Magic Life accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe (clothes rack), a vanity table, bedside tables, a TV, and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms have private jacuzzis.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom. There is an additional bathroom in the living area.

Indoor Wellness:

• Sauna: A private sauna for ultimate relaxation.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool (Length: 11 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m). The pool also features a shallow section, ideal for use as a children's pool. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening.
• Pool Terrace & Garden: The terrace and garden feature a sunbathing area, sun loungers, parasols, a garden dining table and chairs, a garden seating group and an outdoor shower.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads, steps, and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
