With its sheltered pool, it is among our conservative-friendly options. Furnished suitably for large families and groups of friends, it is a very modern and luxury rental villa. Our villa features a heated indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish hammam.

Living Area:
The living room features a luxury seating group, a TV, a satellite receiver, air conditioning, a coffee table, a dining table, internet access, and direct access to the poolside.

Kitchen:
The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-ring hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, an 8-piece dining set, and various kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms:
Villa Grand Emora 2 accommodates guests in 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi, a TV, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with a TV, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, a single armchair, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with a TV, a single armchair, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with two single beds, a TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Spa & Wellness:

• Sauna: Available for guest use.
• Turkish Hammam: Available for guest use.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Outdoor Pool: A private swimming pool, which is sheltered (Length: 11 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace features the private pool, sun loungers, a parasol, a swing, a dining table, an outdoor seating group, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Indoor Pool:

• Private Indoor Pool: A private indoor swimming pool (Length: 4.2 m, Width: 3 m, Depth: 1.35 m). Heating for the indoor pool is optional at £40 per day.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Grand Emora 2 is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it is a 10-minute drive from Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
