Our villa, which is very close to Kalkan town centre, allows you to stay with your large family and groups of friends. Living Area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. It offers direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen:
The spacious, bright, and modernly designed American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-ring built-in hob, kettle, pots and pans, a dining table, a dining set, and other kitchen equipment.

Bedrooms:
Villa Om accommodates guests in 4 comfortable ensuite bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature private jacuzzis.

• Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a dressing table, nightstands, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi, a single armchair, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: A twin bedroom with two single beds, nightstands, air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom with nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, air conditioning, a private jacuzzi, a single armchair, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom with two single beds, nightstands, air conditioning, a dressing table, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Private Pool: A lovely private swimming pool (Length: 9 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.4 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace area features the private pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a seating area, a dining table, a barbecue, and a swing.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• The villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Villa Om is situated in the peaceful Kordere area, nestled in the hillsides above Kalkan. Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it is very close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
