Living Area:
The sea-view living area is furnished with a comfortable seating group, a plasma TV, satellite TV and air conditioning. It offers direct access to the pool terrace and includes ironing facilities.

Kitchen:
The villa features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. It includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, along with a dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:
Villa Regal accommodates guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): A double bedroom with a private jacuzzi.
• Bedroom 2: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 3: A double bedroom.
• Bedroom 4: A twin room with two single beds.

Bathrooms:
The villa has four modern bathrooms, each one privately ensuite to its corresponding bedroom.

Outdoor & Pool Area:

• Main Private Pool: A large and beautiful outdoor swimming pool (Length: 10 m, Width: 4 m, Depth: 1.5 m).
• Children's Pool: A separate, dedicated children's pool (Length: 2 m, Width: 1.9 m, Depth: 0.4 m).
• Pool Terrace: The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.
• Terrace Entertainment: A table tennis table is available on the terrace for extra fun.
• Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: A dedicated outdoor dining area with a barbecue is perfect for alfresco meals with family and friends.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded on your departure day, subject to no damage or loss.

• The villa is professionally cleaned before your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained regularly by our discreet staff.
• Please note: This villa is particularly well-suited for families with children, thanks to the dedicated children's pool.
• Please also note that the villa is not suitable for pets and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Kordere is a quiet neighbourhood known for its luxury villas, spectacular panoramic sea views and famous sunsets. Despite its elevated and tranquil setting, it remains conveniently close to Kalkan town centre and its beaches.

Please note: Due to the geographical nature of our region, many properties are situated on steep mountain slopes. Therefore, access to the villas may involve inclined roads and unpaved (stabilized/dirt) tracks. Additionally, as our villas are generally located within natural settings, you may encounter elements of local wildlife (such as flies, insects, bees, etc.).
